Oktoberfest

It’s happening...this weekend we welcome October!  As always, we are looking forward to seeing you & your family at BGSC.  Our potluck theme will be “Oktoberfest.”  Bring a German themed appetizer or dish of your choice to share.  NOTE ~ please save the date ~ Sabbath, November 19, following our potluck lunch, BGSC will host a double baby shower for Christy Greeman and Sarah Jane Calvert (who are both due with girls in January)!  Registry information and additional details coming soon...

Also, be looking for an email with information about a BGSC “harvest party” next month!

The adult Bible study will take place in the fellowship area by the fireplace while the youth meet in the adjacent side rooms.  Come enjoy a bite of breakfast or a hot drink before diving into the lesson study together.  And kiddos....come ready to write/color in your sketchbooks & have song service with our ukuleles!


Don’t forget to bring your prayer requests each week ~ we have index cards available so you can make notes & share them during the worship service.  See Grace Anderson if you would like your requests added to the prayer chain...

Our breakfast/potluck “supply closet” is in need of a few items:
    Keurig refills (all kinds....tea, hot cocoa, apple cider, etc)
    Pop tarts,
mixed nuts, dried fruits or trail mix
    Ziploc bags (all sizes)
    **juice boxes
    **paper napkins
    **mini water bottles
    **white paper plates
