Southern Veggies

Happy March!  Our potluck theme this weekend is, “Southern Veggies” in honor of well, Southern veggies.  Bring a casserole, entrée, side dish, salad, or dessert to share...

This week we start a new story theme called “He is Alive” in our “little peoples class.”  It will begin our countdown to Easter weekend April 19-21.  Hope to see you and your kiddos there!  Our older youth class will be doing a really fun craft involving “tying blankets.”  Yay!

All American

February is coming to a close.....this is our last Sabbath of the month already!  Potluck theme this weekend is “All American” in honor of President’s Day.  Bring a festive appetizer, salad, or dessert to share.  We will enjoy veggie burgers, salads, baked beans, chips and desserts.  We will also celebrate all of our February birthdays and anniversaries.  If you have any patriotic decorations, feel free to bring them for our buffet and dinner tables...

We are still collecting gently used and/or new hoodies and sweat pants in sizes L ~ XXL for the Youth Arbor Center here in Lex.  Bring donations to church through the end of Feb!
